  Yeah christina, whatever...FYI, Shilpa and Shamita Shetty are not Tamil, Tabu is not Telugu (whatever gave you the idea!)Diya Mirza is Parsee, Priyanka Chopra is obviously Punjabi as her name reveals! I DOUBT that Divya Bharati is South Indian. And definitely not Yukta Mookhey. Since when did they start having surnames anyway? I thought their names are always something like XYZ d/o ABCDEFGHI. Let's see, what's left in the list...oh its the same list as in the my (plastic surgeon) portfolio. Did I tell you I specialise in nose jobs and hair removal?

  Without these actresses, our movies would be nothing but crap!
  
  Here's my selection:
  
  1)Vyjayantimala ~ Her acting is unbeatable and she can act spectacularly in every role that she is given...whether it's her innocence in 'Madhumati', her sophistication in 'Pyar Hi Pyar', her tradjety in 'Sangam' and 'Amrapali', her calmness in 'Devdas', or her happy-go-lucky style in 'Dr.Vidhya' and 'Prince'! She's the most extremely beautiful too; oh and her dances are unforgettably the greatest, whether it's classical, folk, or western! She has "perfect" written all over her.
  
  2)Nutan ~ Has excellent acting skills, and does a great job in quiet roles. She is beautiful and stayed beautiful till her unfortunate death at the young age of 54.
  
  3)Asha Parekh ~ A good actress, just a little trembly with talking...but that's okay! A very good dancer too---you should see her dance in 'Chhaya'! Also was pretty, she got prettier when she got older...you should see her in 'Main Tulsi Tere Aangan Ki'.
  
  4)Waheeda Rehman ~ Also a good actress, and dances well too! She did well in all of her roles, and even when she's mean! Very pretty also, especially in 'Guide', 'Pyaasa', and 'Neel Kamal'.
  
  5)Jaya Bhaduri(Bachchan) ~ A wonderful actress...probably the best actress of the 70's! She was very pretty too; and her performance in 'Uphaar' was excellent-totally natural! A great job in 'Zanjeer' and 'Abhimaan' too.
  
  6)Sharmila Tagore ~ Very beautiful! And she acted pretty good too, I enjoyed her acting in 'Charitra-Heen', 'Satyakam', and 'Aradhana' very much.
  
  7)Mala Sinha ~ A legendary actress who is hardly ever mentioned! I haven't seen too many of her films, but her acting in very good ~ she's versitile too! She's also very pretty.
  
  8)Hema Malini ~ Not the best actress due to her talking abilities, but in some roles she did very good. She acted great in 'Sapno Ka Saudagar', 'Sholay', and 'Nastik'. She did okay in 'Khushboo' and 'Ek Nai Paheli'. She is also very beautiful, especially in 'Khushboo' and 'Dillagi'.
  
  9)Tanuja ~ A great actress! She is very pretty too (although she hardly resembles her sister, Nutan). She acted great in 'Sapon Ka Saudagar' and in 'Izzat'.
  
  10)Meena Kumari ~ Though not that pretty in all of her movies...she was a good actress. I liked her the best in 'Bhabi Ki Chudiyan', 'Sahib Bibi Aur Gulam', 'Main Chup Rahungi', and 'Dushman'. Just wish she wasn't a drunk.

  missing " NIMMI " she was also very beautiful
