i was definitely disappointed to know that half of kerala was glued to the 'viddipetti' every week day to watch soaps of the likes of sthree..,,. and all. they not only lack artistic sense but gives you that adrenalin rush to get away from the tv and run to safer grounds.
after knowing about their popularity one BIG question lingers in my mind. are we mallus as intelligent as we claim to be? is kerala prabudha after all? or are we the laziest lot in the world still allowing stuff like that to pour into our homes?

  Let's look at some facts...
  
  More than 90% of TV personalities behind the scenes...such as producers, directors...are men. If they are so backward in their minds that they make such products..what can the audience do?... It is not a matter of the audience having poor taste but a matter of the creators not using their brains enough. So don't accuse the 'sthrees' of having poor taste.
