Learn to play Tabla

I am passionate about this. I live in NY area and
want to learn to play Tabla. I can spare two days a week. Any references of patient "Gurus"?

I teach Tabla. However I live in Allentown which is not very close to NY.
However if you wish, I can try to get some other teacher's name who would be close to NY.

for anyone in houston,tx looking to learn tabla there is a Hare Krishna temple on Ella and 34th on the northwest side of town and there is a very nice man named moukunda who teached tabla, mridanga, harmonium, and many other instruments weekly for a donation
