Raga Sourashtram

Sourashtram is my favourite raga, one I believe is probably the most difficult to master. I have not heard too many artists do an elaborate alaap or Kalpana Swaras in this raga let alone a Ragam Thanam Pallavi.
Does anybody know of any recording by any artiste where I can get an elaborate rendition of this raga, does not matter if it a RTP or a Keerthana ?
Thanks

Soutrashtram?? (mela 17) That's is a common raga in Thevaram, called viyaazhakkurinji pann.
Most compositions are slow going.
Very close is Chakkravaagam (mela 16) which is a little more lively.
I don't know why these carnatic people like to go over and over only this one Suorashtram -Sri Ganapathini of Thyaagaraja. There is nothing much compositions in Sourastram. Go to the Thevaarams.

Idiappam:
I don't understand what you mean by "There is nothing much compositions in Sourastram"
I have 475 songs listed under this raga. This is indeed a large number.

Thanks for all the responses. My initial query was to solicit information on recordings of extended rendition of this raga. The best I have is a brief Alaap by M Balamurali for the song Ninoo joochi dhanu and some Kalpana Swaras by Balamurali and MLV for Sri Ganapathini. They are all to brief.
I would like to know if any of you have come across an elaborate rendition of this raga by any Artiste so that I can purchase that rendition.
Thanks
