"C" factor has been egging us from time immemorial.
Firstly it was "C"aste SYSTEM
then now it is "C"lass SYSTEM
and in some place like America it is "C"olour system.
But according to me with no bias I think it is "C"aste system which is very practical and workable, as each person is born with his Karma and attitude. Actually it is Known as Varna system in hindu shastras and accordingly each one has to perform his own duties.
WHAT DO YOU THINK?

  Karma = Deed or Action. In simple terms, it is one’s day to day business engagement = therefore it is essentially equivalent to the “Work” or “Duty” that one performs.
  Attitude = Manner = Character = Class
  Varna = colour, it could well be the skin colour. Black, Brown or White!
  Duties = Karma = Deed or Action = Work
  
  So, the Hindu Caste System encompasses every ills of all the “Cs” that are mentioned i.e. Caste, Class Colour systems. If a society has caste system already in operation, it does not need any other system beginning with “C”. ;-))
