Bangalore has so many advantages like good climate , esteemed Institutes.. and so on..
Chennai is not utilising its advantages properly... this can be disastrous for Chennai as a Metro...

  Jaya govt (sasikala group ?)has asked for a huge bribe when GE planned to start a development center in chennai. GE refused and started in Karnataka.

  Truly,though chennai had all the advantages and it had to just reorient its capacity framework to facilitate the new developmental trends.Unfortunately the govt. seem to be busy filling up their pockets and managing their seats for which they are really good,with absolutely no interests in their surroundings.For they know if they dont have the water to drink they have the foreign liquor(forget the IMF liquor)Little do they realise that all goes to dust and how much ever they collect they will be either in Couum sullage or the gutters.
