God and Cloning

If it was against God's will for us to clone how come he gave us the knowledge and capability to create the technology to do it? If it was really against his will we wouldn't ever have even gotten this far. Think about it.

I don't think its against God's will to use technology 4 the betterment of humankind. I do believe there is nothing that nature hasn't experimented with, man only discovers new ways of doing things....well in mythology u hv examples of transgenic animals (mermaids, narasimha avatara, ganapati, etc). The 100 kauravas were supposed 2 b born by some kind of a cloning method so they were all identical....then u have ravana's ten heads...only when technology is used 2 harm other life-forms it shd b of concern to all, otherwise it is ridiculous to ban cloning, stemcell research, etc simply b'coz it does not conform to some people's beliefs / faith....this kind of research cud b lifesaving ...think abt it..
