I dont think that anybody can save the people
of Kashmir as long as people like Vajpayee and
Advani are living.
Mushaaraf will look like a baffoon when he goes home.

COMMIT ON PROMISES !!!
"Kashmir has been wrongly looked upon as a prize for India or Pakistan. People seem to forget tht Kashmir is not a commodity for sale or to be bartered. It has an individual existence and its people must be the FINAL ARBITERS of their future.."
6th July, 1951
Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru,
Prime Minister of India.
"We have declared that the fate of Kashmir is ultimately to be decided by the people. That pledge we have given not only to the people of Kashmir and to the world. We will not and cannot back out of it"
3rd November, 1947,
Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru,
Prime Minister of India.
"I have repeatedly stated that as soon as peace and order have been established, Kashmir should decide of accession by PLEBISCITE or referendum under INTERNATIONAL auspices such as those of UNITED NATIONS".
21 November, 1947,
Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru,
Prime Minister of India.

F4K,
How long are we going to fight over your misunderstood knowledge of history? Nehru and India agreed to the right of Kasmiris by PLEBISCITE in 1947 and that is true. If Pakistan believed that by PLEBISCITE Kashmris would have voted for Pakistan then they woulnot have attacked India in 1947 without waiting to see whether Nehru kept his word or not. If Pakistan would have believed in welfare of Kashmir then they wouldnot have given away a part of Kashmir to China? Do you have any answer for that?
Kashmir can be either a separate country,or be owned by either India or Pakistan? Tell me how come China came into this picture? Don't you have Muslims living in there too? Over the years, Hindus have been slaughtered in kashmir and there are still 4.5 lakh refugee Kashmiri pundit
family in Delhi. So don't talk about promises.
Pakistan has 4 records of agression and a black history of torture, extortion and rape in Bangladesh against fellow muslims and India still have more Muslims living than the whole Pakistan.
Kargil was totally uncalled for amidst the whole peace process that was going on. I am ready to get over that and numerous other mistakes and I agree there have been blunder in our side too. Can you get OVER that?
If Bajpayee and Musharraf can really tie a peace accord this time and India and Pakistan can be good friends we can really commit all our efforts to development of our countries.
So talk logic and welcome this effort of peace. Let's pray that for once our politician do what is good for our countries rather than their career.

Nehru said that India will go for a PLEBISCITE provided Pakistan withdrew its forces from POK and China needs to withdraw from its portion too. Isn't it logical that the vote should be taken in whole of Kashmir and not just India controlled Kashmir. If a Plebiscite would have been taken then in 1947 it would have gone in favour of India since the majority of Kashmir was Ahmediya Muslims ( which Pakistan never accepted as true Muslims ) and Kashmir Pundits. Pakistan knew that and that is why they attacked Kashmir as soon as they could.
It is a blind hatred of Muslim fundamentalism of Pakistan which has ruled the country since their independence which could never think beyond a Islam world.
Bajpayee and Musharraf, if they are trying to come out of this rat hole and do something than they deserve kudos. Musharraf, I donot know whether to believe him or not, since last time in hand he was doing peace talks and on the other hand he was sending infiltrators in kargil.
But I guess, someone has to be the bigger brother and forgive the other for their mistakes and lend out a hand of friendship. India has been always trying to do that.
This summit is one more attempt. Let us hope for the best.
