In US and India, about olympic games

All times in EST +10:30 for IST.
In US who were at the World's top in number of gold medals in last Olympics, I am not able to see much happening. I don't think they have even total coverage of olympics in any specific channel (might be I am wrong).
what yu guys think about it.

It sucks in US. They only show the events where somebody form US is participating. Other events they don't care. In fact, shamelessly enough they show / interview the US paricipants only before and after the event is over. If they lose, how they felt losing, and if they win how they felt winning. Others don't matter.
In fact, in India the coverage by ESPN, STARS and DD are far much better. In US, the Major League Baseball which happens every year and runs for 5 months have equal or might be of more importance than olympics.
I hope I was in india at this time.

Thats the norm here, if possible get hold of canadian channel ;-))
