at last sunnetwork lunched their sister concern surya tv in uk&europe .now viewers in this country can call their call operatores for more info about this...it started it's transmission through via satellite on 15 july at present it is free to air still they(sun group) decide to make it pay...surya& gemini in usa will start only from september of 2003.as of information we got from sunnetwork by shammi(in suntv)...they have also a plan 2 start their transmission in middle east also.were sun tv already has great presence there.here is ur frequenct details in europe

  I think it’s been taken out for good, as there are AsianNet & Kerali Malayalam channels where viewers have to subscribe. Most of these people are not going to make additional subscription to access Surya Channel as well which is part of Sun network. Sun TV and KTV channels (part Sun net work) come as a package for Tamil audience.
  I think all these companies need to talk & work with each other and should come up with a package of Tamil & Malayalam channels for everyone to view with one fair subscription. This way everyone will benefit in the long run.

  i am not receiving surya tv through hotbird for more than 2 months. we all loved the best channel surya tv the malayalam channel which had the best programmes. wiht-out any notification one day surya dis-appear. this is cruel to the people who watch most of the time good channel such as surya tv and the other channel sun tv and sun k tv have not sound. can you please tell me when or will surya tv comes back and what will be the frequency. please reply soon. wating eagerly

  Please do not make Surya TV a pay channel, if it is resuming its telecast in Hotbird. Already Asianet and Kairali are paid channels. For the interest of viewers in the Middle East, please transmit Surya free-to-air.

  I am working in Aksai, Kazakhstan, CIS. I was getting Surya, even though UK based time, and enjoyed watching. I wonder suddenly its vanished from the air, like the angels from the dreams. At least before ONAM (as onappudava)can I able to watch on Hotbird satellite, if its let me please have the frequency details. Eagerly waiting to get favorable reply.
