may be
shivji kumar (shiv ka kumar)
became shajee kumar by practise!
also enquire if shajee is any other language ka usage?
like marathi etc...(depends on what is the mother tongue of the person)

Is Shajee a malayalee? between 20 to 35 years old? It became fashionalbe in Kerala during the 80s and 90s to fashion names as a combination of two noames. These names have no inherent meaning. Examples are: Jisha, Bineesh, Shaji, Praneet, etc
I dont think Shajee means anything... besides adding 'Kumar' after a name was also popular.. another popular appendage is Lal mohanlal, etc

rr is correct in the assessment.
The nearest meaning can be
shah+ji

Very true. It will be interesting to find out how this behaviour became popular in Kerala.
This habit is also found among the African American community, I mean the habit of merging names resulting in meaningless gibberish :))

hi,
i just came accross this page by accident but when i did, read some of the messages posted on it i felt it necessary to say that just because u do not know the meaning of a name does not mean its "gibberish", do search some more and u are bound to find it, infact if u still cant find a meaning already existant then go ahead and establish one for yourself.
jisha
( for those who came in late,
jisha means " one who carries " especially in terms of knowledge if not materialistic then transcendental!
another way of putting it could be as a teaher's attendant.
