I am a boy aged 26 and want to waear a nosepin. I have pierced my nose but can wear a pin only at night or at home and that too for very less time as I cannot afford to have a permanent hole due to professional reasons. Can someone advice me how can I fulfill my dream?

  THANK YOU!! for your smart advice WORLD STUDENT! your the only one outside of Heather that actually made sence and obviously knew what they were talking about. To the rest of you, follow WORLD STUDENT's advice and do more research... maybe go into a few places that do piercings and ask questions, see the equiptment( make sure that its steril!) and maybe watch a peircing getting done to make sure if thats what you want to do.

  yo how much does it hurt when you get your nose pierced and im 18 but i dont want my parents to find out that i got my nose pierced cause they will go crazy is there away to hide it for a while

  Hello dear if u want to wear nose pin u can, as no body in this world care abt any one so better fulfill your dreams. go forwards as if one start wearing it then other persone to start wearing it. As i too want to wear nose pin or nose ring i do wear it but not for more then 1 weak as every one was to holiday & was in the home alone. so i wear the nose ring first as it is easy to wear. after 2 days i wear nose pin till 5 days. but afte a weak i dos'nt want to put it out. but i have to. but those 1 weak i feel thet i m in heaven. well so go forward. and wear it..

  Ur gender plz? U wear nose pin or ring when u r alone at home. Dont ur family members notice the piercing mark while they come back home?
  
  Pierce ur septum n make it permanent, so u 'd wear septum ring anytime u want, no body 'll notic it as the hole will not be visible.
  
  u feel like heaven with nose ornaments, then why u r not discussing with ur family members regarding ur desire? They might 'd help u if u really desire it? Wish u good luck

  i dont get it, why do all of you want to stick bits of metal in your face?? somebody please explain to me WHY you want to do it, and none of the "coz i want to" and "it looks pretty" stuff, just a genuine good reason, please.

  I am currently thinking of getting my nose pierced, and you make a good point. But some people have different opinions on the matter.My reason is it looks pretty. But after readind about infecttions and things, I am a little scared to risk it. I know alot of people that have gotten it done, and not one has got infected. But that one may be me. So I think it would be a good idea for people to take your advice, because I can't think of a good reason either.

  If anyone could help out with this i would greatly appreciate it...i just got my nose pierced about 2 weeks ago (this is my 5th piercing) im not really sure if i have a problem or not...im cleaning it daily like i was told but the stud seems to be sinking into my skin a little bit on my nose...is this normal? the place i got it done at is on vacation for 2 weeks (just my luck, so thats why i tried for advice here)im just worried with it staring to sink into the skin that it might get infected???

  in NZ there are these magnetic studs, they come in 2 pieces, one with stud and the other kinda like a magnetic tiny plate.
  
  anyway, you place the stud on the place where you want the stud to be and on the other side of the skin you place the magnettic plate ( this is so tiny),
  
  say you may choose to put the stud on the ear lobe, you'll place the stud on the front ear lobe right ? so that the you can see the stud on your ear, then the magnetic plate goes in the back of the ear lobe, this magnetic bond hold the stud in your desired spot, you can place it on the nose and ears, under your lips.
  
  my friend has one and usually wears one when going out and doesn't have to wory about concealing piercing holes and stuff (don't wear it whilst you sleep )

  get a very small disc-shaped nose stud and paint the disc brown. that way, it'll just look like a birth mark and no one will ask for fear they might hurt your feelings if it was a birth mark. worked for me. good luck.
