I dont know why you have to put a year of Target 2020 ??? which is very far?

Who knows by the time what if earth is hit by "asteriod" from space, or some disaster and people vanished???

It is better to make India as developed country as soon as possible than shifting to 2020???

If you get rid of your brahmin suppression or a revolution for the evolution then yes!
Otherwise not even by 3020!
