The international survey has clearly reported that 1 in 10 males are having homosexual problem. They don't have to be gays, they are married having relationship with both men and women. That's straight acting men.
It might be applicable in the western world, what about in India or south asia? South asians are more conservative. That's what I feel. Do you thing that many males in India/south asia are Bi-Sexual?

  There is no truth to the claim that gay people can be cured into becoming straight. So, try to relax and dont be so agonized. Accept yourself first! What you feel, you feel ! Dont listen to all the phony advice or opinion given by a lot of IDIOTS who hate gays simply because they can not understand that homosexuality is real !

  I am not of your religon, race or culture. I am black Jamaican Roman Caltholic. However, I can relate to you as I have expereinced the same fate. I hated myself for what I felt. I wanted for nothing more than to be a "normal" person. For years I prayed to God to show mercy on me, I didn't even want to live at one point. Then, suddenly, I became thankful for all that God had given me and became less sorrowful about what I didn't have. Depsite all the sorrow of what we have in life, there is joy to be found. I now try to take control of the things I have control over and not worry about things that I don't have contol over. Life is beautiful. Feelings are feelings, how we react to the feelings is a whole other story. Brother Anurag, I believe that you must arm yourself with with as much knowledge as you can about what homosexuality is and what is not. Whatever it may mean to you, you can learn to accept yourself wherever you are with whatever you have. Learn to love yourself before trying to get the love of others and still no matter what you do in life, remember you have no control over what others think about you. I may not look like, speak like, dress like or act like you, but I am your brother and there is a connection between you because of our passions. Although your feelings and worries are probably common for most people who feel they are homosexual, there is nothing at all wrong in it. The basic truth is you are who you are. Each person has his own unique character. It may include strong attraction for other men. There is nothing wrong or unusual in this. Society in general doesn't accept it, but throughout history there have been many things which society has wrongly discriminated against. Just accept yourself for who and what you are. In time you will learn how to cope with it. There are a great variety of positive ways that people of homosexual orientation learn to live their life happily and successfully. It doesn't matter if you are from a traditional society like India or a Western society. There are ways to live your life in a full and contented manner. Don't worry, just give yourself time.
