The site http://www.andhrapradesh.com seems to be a window to the working of the andhra govt. it contains email-ids of the officials.. it has strategy papers of the govts plans etc...

Why dont' we have such a transparency for tamilnadu?

  I find AP's system amazing. If internet booths are all aroud AP, and say people know to atleast send an e-mail (or dictate to somebody), crimes can largely be reduced. It will be easy for the police to go on spot and take action.

  Without trying anything please do not hype the AP govt. The rulers of TamilNadu had been bad. But the TN Government does have more transparency than any other government.

  tamiznaattaan, Thanks a lot for all the links. frankly, i wasnt aware of such websites for tn. Actually was i trying to find someone to email and complain about 'nuisance of stray dogs' (or any other issue for that matter) issue in our area in madras. Unfortulately, the mla's email-id is not posted and i dont' know whether stalin has one.. anyways, thanks a lot..
