I saw female bus drivers in the city bus of Chennai. It's really great.

  What great!!!.
  One day I travelled in that bus from Tambaram to Spencer, driven by a female driver . Unfortunately the conduvtor also a female. The passangers faced a lot of problems like, the conductor blow whistle to stop the bus at one statation but the driver didn't stop. The conductor blow whistle to start the bus, but the driver didn't started the bus. Then the conductor started fighting with the driver with bad words, just like the fight in front of the street water taps. It takes lot of time to reach my destination as because of these irresponsible behavior of the driver and the conductor.
  We are welcoming the females to be every where. But they should behave it with decency. They should not think that, I am the conductor the driver should obide me OR I am the driver the conductor must give respect to me... They must do their duty, they should not compare themselves and using vulgar languages.

  Hope the bus will move smoothly when one of them (driver or conductor) must be male or both of them must be male.
