Always guys must take the proposal part.This is true.It happened with lot of gals she they liked a guy and she couldn't succeed just b'coz she was shy or afraid to approach.Comment on this.

  pavalamani pragasam's post is absolutely great and sheer truth.
  
  Yes a girl or woman is PROUD to say or declare love fi rst.
  
  My feeling is that, if a girl proposes, she looses her feminine quality, and ITS NOT WORTH IT. (may be outdated view ....but cant help it!)

  1. PRIDE
  2. Shyness
  3. Fear of rejection
  4. Fear of ridicule
