There are ways to idenfy loowers:
i)starting to suck up
ii)conducting psychological warfares
iii)very passive about crimes and other serious violations committed as a means of winning
iv)control the thoughts of those who could take action
v)work behind closed doors
After all the above such characters still feel superior in their activities to claim being WINNERS.
