A person who knows what to do but does not do them, or a person who is so dimented that he does not even realize what is the right thing to do, but does them somehow, by chance.

  In my view both these types are very dangerous.
  
  The one who knows what, why, where & when to do the right thing should be a great guy. ( Of course he will have a Short Life period if he stood with these rules, It's all Gods Control ).

  Sure but worthy-shmorthy, a guy knows in any given circumstance whether his choices are made with good intent. And if the consequence is bad, he learns. Someone who stubbornly doesn't is stupid or anyway not concerned with the highest motives. As for a loner, someone whose commitiment is for the best must also look forward to doing good whether passively, through restraint, or actively. It's like a case of the trees 'disappearing' when nobody looks - witnesses are for society's benefit, but don't make a thing true.
