During the long period after SNDP was established in Kerala none of its leaders has told that it can unite with Bharatheeya Jana Sangham. Perhaps, there may be national business interests of SNDP leaders behind this effort of alliance. How SreeNarayaneeyars can join with BJP workers who mainly spread hate against Christianity and Islam. Hitherto and even today, most of the Ezhava-Thiyya members entrust in Left politics. BJP or Jana Sangh could not win more than 8% voter support in Kerala history even after trying in many tactics and tying with many parties which claimed full support of almost all Hindu castes. Ezhavas should have serious thought whether the direction of SNDP leadership is right or wrong.
My dear Ezhava community member in Hindu religion, I am a beleiver in Islam. You are my neighbour. Yesterday and today, we had walked, eaten and slept together. When the religous discourse of Abdussamad Samadani or MM Akbar was conducted in our town, we had gone together to hear it. When you went to Varkala for Theerthadanam wearing yellow (not saffron)dress I had come to your home to sent off you. I can't even imagine a day on which Narendra Modis are brought up from your community in harmonious Kerala. If you talk narrow mindedly to me tomorrow as a Bajrang Dal extremist it will be painful not only for me, even for our soil and coconut trees.
Hence, I humbly request you with national and loving sense to keep BJP away with a decree of 'aiytham' as almost all Ezhava-Thiyya brothers has done till today.

  BJP is an upper caste dominated aryan cultured party. They proclaim as the sole authority of Vedas. Many Vedic scholars are viewing it as a mere bigotry. In the stronghold states of BJP caste slavery is still prevalent in its original form. RSS is claiming that they are powerful in Ezhava community. Then why they need SNDP for further in-roads to the community?
  Many Ezhavas are following and respecting Vedas. It does not mean that they are Vedic community. (It was Sankaracharya who included Ezhavas also to Vedic fold.)
  Ezhavas were one of the preys in caste system of Kerala. They were not allowed to enter temples by Vedic "supreme castes" throughout the history. Where were Nagporeans or Arya samaj when Ezhavas were not allowed to walk through Illam roads, to conduct poojas, to study in schools, no place in Government service? Narayana Guru never addressed his community to kill innocent muslims and cut hands of christian missionaries. In 1928 at Kottayam SNDP conference OC Srinivasan and Sahodharan Ayyappan had strongly asked Pandit Madan Mohan Malavia to withdraw his request to shout Jai Sree Rama. They are a progressive community socially and economically nowadays in Kollam, Kottayam and Kochi.
  Guru Nithya Chaithnya Yathi, the main disciple of Nataraja Guru had strongly opposed to his capability the first Visaal Hindu Sammelan conducted at Kochi two decades back. (He had called Abdussamad Samadani Guru and in return.)Where were the forefathers of North Indian Hindutva saviours till the commencement of 21st century saying Ezhavas are equal to upper caste Hindus? I challenge the son or grandson of a well known Sangh Parivar Kerala leader to marry the daughter of Vellappalli Natesan. Let Natesan Guru ask his grandfathers in his community who are alive " Who tortured them most? Upper caste Hindus or Muslims or Christians?"
  SRP, an outfit of Ezhavas by affiliating in UDF had enjoyed even ministerial position in Karunakaran ministry.
  Kerala can't be politically transferred to a Gujarat or Kashmir.
