Does Buddhism still exist in India?

That depends on the number of intelligent and wise people that can exist in India, which, essentially, means that there are not many Buddhists in India! ;-))

I would be very suprised to hear Buddhism thriving in the land, where the Buddha was not only born, but chased out of... which OBIVIOUSLY proves that Buddhism is not popular in India.

Seems, the kid hasn't found his "God" in his vedic wonderland. He is continuing to face serious problems with his cognition, pushing himself down the endless spiral of infinite regress as he has been so far for the 10^14 + 11 times! Go on kid there is a long way before you finish your regress count of 10^14+250000 to 10^14+350000 at the end of your life.
