We are having an exhibition in our school-something educational & useful to public.Pls give some ideas for exhibiting.

  Some ideas
  
  - Model to show circulation of blood in the human body with colored water etc, showing veins, arteries, heart chambers etc.
  
  - Models demonstrating how lunar and solar eclipses happen, along with planets etc.
  
  - Model to show how movies are made. ie, running a film reel with a simple projector, altering the speed to show how it appears for a dog, bird and how we make it into 24? frames per second to get the continuous effect.
  
  - Model showing eye defects like short sight (myopia?) etc, how we use lenses to correct them. How contact lenses work and how laser surgery works.
  
  - Model showing how internal combustion engines work. There are good exhibits in the Vishweswara museum in Bangalore.
  
  - How telephone works, perhaps covering the history of communication from messengers, telegraph, telephone etc. Or if it is not too hard, a simple model to show how cell phones work with transmitting towers etc.
  
  - Maybe how a radio receiver works. There are some ready made hobby sets where you can construct a small radio yourself.
  
  - Model to demonstrate magnetic fields. Maybe how to create an electro-magnet etc.

  in my schooldays it was a great pleasure for me to visit science exhibitions, though the exhibits were all the same year after year.
  
  later, i visited a science exhibition with great enthusiasm not because something new was exhibited therein but my sweetheart was demonstrating an instrument. so, don't miss out this aspect ms.lakshmi in your strategy to pull crowds.
