Here are some behaviours:
Always:
1. Ear-dropping
2. Spying
3. Want to know different sides of you
4. Want to know your future plans
5. Can't find good rests at nights
6. Feelings of inferiority
7. Attack to defend
8. Destroy evidence
9. Cooperate under the table
10. Suspicious
Any other?
I use to feel bad before. But when I come to understand these are standard stuff at least in a particular place, listening to the experiences of others, I come to laugh.

They tell authorities that they need to safe some money, yet they can afford to still support a group to ear drop like a few minutes ago at the telephone. It shows how much the police force is in tuned.

paranoia is the first sign of mental illness. Please dont be paranoid. When you feel paranoid, do some breathing exercises.

What do you about paranoia in the circumstances. Are you witness to the situation? Stop your malice. Be intelligent and deal with your problem as you should. Don't hide under another IP and posts. We know who you are. You have shown your poor mentality too many a times before.

Hey Punahai,
Please be cool. Forget about the past. I accept misunderstandings do happen and I do not or want to hold any grudges. Please be a bit more understanding. I did not mean to even upset you in my last posts. I am just fed up with things.
