hi im from Malaysia and i would like to know how to make an easy rasam. i have checked the recipes on the net but i do not know where to get some of the ingredients for e.g hing or asafoetida. i've been looking everywhere and i tried asking some of my indian friends but no luck until today. Can someone help me?

  to prepare rasam u need jeera,blackpeper,tomato,tamarind if u got these
  at grocery store u can prepare ram
  if everthing available with u
  give ur mail i send u recipe
