I always make fun of people who try to use forumhub for advertising their business. Arumugam Sankar can always start a website with suffix .com (like say sareedezign.com) and advertise his wares there! Why is he thinking of cost cutting and advertising in a discussion forum like this? Same goes with those goldquest fellows and new daimond fad!

award pattu sElai designukku, adhukkum english spellingkkum enna sambandham? namakku english illama pozhaikka mudiyadhO?
besides, have you never heard of people changing spelling of English words to make them sound stylish?
for e.g., Salt 'n' Peppa for salt and pepper?
Tamizhanukku tamizh therinja podhum, adhuvum pattu selai design panna, andha selai design skill irundha mattum podhum.
m-observer, idhu yaaru, namba TN aa? Romba nallA pOchu. What is wrong in advertising in forumhub (although I think it might be against the rules), anyhow, if for e.g., Hemant had not brought his culinary skills to Forumhub, many of us would not have had good food at home :)) If that pattukkarar in Donna's thread did not give us songs, we might have missed out on so many good songs. Same goes for mixies etc. too. May be if someone is from Tuticorin or they are visiting tuticorin they can visit this guy's saree shop. unga rendu pErukkkum avasiyamillai, aana engalukku ellam indha madhiri information thEvai. Wish some jewellers would also publish their shop names here :))

Hemant and the Paattukkaarar did not do it for any commercial profit. But the above is blatant advertising. (btw Salt'n'Peppa is used for commercial naming). TN's poetic observation about this Mandram was superb. Though the Kural is also superb I did not understand the context. I have not done anything wrong in the forenoon to get the results in the afternoon!

ok m, I confess, I did not notice the context of the spelling of Dezign, I thought it was part of the name, so much for my reading skills :))
But still, kAlam kettu pOchu, English theriyama oru pudavaikooda design pannamudiyala namba oorla :)

Mr 'm'
How good are you in tamil/ malayaaLam/ hindi poetry?
Can you post one with the theme "she bought the mixie from the forum, she ground together some recipe from Hemant, she started singing while the mixie was grinding.. the song came from the paattu kaarar".

Thanks punnahai.
Normally when I have the kavithai mood I can write them within 10 minutes, but this one took some time. Also I was waiting for Mr. "M".
viLakkam.
kuRippu = Samaiyal kuRippu = recipe.
manRam kaNda = manRathil kaNda.
iyanthiram = machine = mixie
ThenRalil midhanthu vandhadhu vaasanai. But the pulavar has expressed it like the koottu itself came to him in the breeze.
When thalaivi is cooking she is also singing. The breeze carries both the koottu vaasanai, and her songs.
Also pulavar has imagined the forum (manRam) as a real manRam (muttam/ mutRam) where breeze visits ! (indha manRathil Odi varum iLam thenRalai kEtkinREn).
Other than just vaarthai nayam, the meaning has to be correct also. In koottu generally 'miLakaay' will not be used, only 'miLagu'. But I dont know about 'manjaL'. Mr "M" may know whether 'manjaL' is used in koottu.
Vaazhga Pulavar TN.

TN!!! Thanks for the explanation, pallAndu vAzhga pulavar TN. It is too good.
Talking of mutra, kumari pakkathula, in the olden days houses they used to have some thing called mutram which is a room in the centre of hte house with an open roof, usually there is a tub like thing (not a tub, but something made of bricks and cement) around this opening so that rain water etc. dont come inside the house. Can you imagine having such an open air room in the middle of the house in this part of the world, especially where I live, everyone will be frozen the next day :))

"ManRathil ilavasamaay
VitRanar silar
veLuthanar silar
VitRadhu sELai
veLuthadhu mooLai."
Here are the viLakkam for the poem written by m-Observer before.
Some people try to sell their merchandise (pulavar chose "saree" in this case) in this forum. Some people do cleaning (laundry seydhal is called as 'veLuththal' in tamil). But what they are washing is people's mooLai (brainwash). Both of these do the same thing !!
Also pulavar m-Observer has very beautifully chosen sElai, and washing in the same context. Also 'veLuthathu mooLai' gives some intentional confusion. Some people may think 'Did people's mind become pure?'.
Vaazhga pulavar m-Observer.
