vishva: I need advice on how to write a coherent, grammatically correct, and well thought sentence. Could you please help me?

Is this sarcasm?? If yest, it is not in good taste. Encourage others! Given time, he/she will learn. A journey of a 1000 miles starts with one single step.

Sujata,
I don't doubt anybody will disagree with your statement. But I want to point out something not directly related to this.
You mentioned "A journey of a 1000 miles starts with one single step". Fine. Perseverance will succeed. But for some, reaching the 1000th mile would take a lifetime's effort- if at all he/she reaches there. Generally speaking, is it more worthwhile to persevere on the same lines as the more fashionable, or is it worthwhile to identify where our talents lie exactly & pursue it? Again, I repeat, this is not related to the target of Vishwa or the context in which your response was made.

Anu,
You are correct. It is more worthwhile to identify our talents and pursue along those lines. Whether the journey is 1000 or 100 miles, I think we should also not forget to smell the roses on the way because there's no guarantee we will reach the end of the journey.
