Happy Independence day to Everyone...
I think if possible everyone can have Indian National Flag affixed in their cubicle , i just did that and i just hijacked few markers from one of the conference room and took 10 minutes off from my work to make Indian flag...
Now one of my fellow colleague knows that Aug 15th is India's ID .

I have a Indian map in my cubicle. My American Team mates have presented me something like a pen stand where there are two flags: One USA and other Indian.
I keep it in my desk.

Gandhi did not join the Independance celebration on August 15, 1947 and instead fasted to mourn the bloodshed caused by religious fanaticism and ignorance.
Forget Gandhi. Forget fasting. Let us celebrate our freedom. Along with that, let us also celebrate our diversity. More than anything else, let us celebrate our dream that on all future Independance Days, we will also celebrate the end of bloodshed.
Jai Shanti.
