Now in India everybody is talking about invoking 356 or 355 on TN govt.Can anyone explain what the both articles are about?What is the differance

  If something goes wrong in state govt. which affects national integrity or poor law & order.
  Then central can either give directions to state govt(355). or dissolve the State govt(356).
