What do you need to do to become a full fledged attorney in USA after doing LLB in India. Do you have to do the basic Law bachelors degree all over again, how much time in all does it take.

It depends on where you want to study and where you want to practice. Your objective of studying law and in which system that can best be achieved i.e where your views can be expressed and allowed for without any penalty.
Please also refer to some of my earlier suggestions above.

In North America, we work on the positives. Expressions are allowed and you are respected for it, especially if you are intelligent and a minority with a good sense of how for example, a system such as the justice one and the law have worked against you historically in ganing an unfair advantage. In Britain, its the opposite, in particular where such information about a student can be obtained by invading the privacy of the student (e.g. accessing videos previously set up by the University). Instead of being respected and promoted, you become a threat to the very people and the very systems that worked against you which you are aware of and te study if law for minorities, is a different ball game than other disciplines. So if you are a minorty in a predominantly(run mainly by Eglish/whites) white British law school in the situation I just explained, keep a low profile even when they send around questionares to you.

Well I don't know how much advice I acn give to a North American going to study law in Britian. Its even worse because not only are you faced with the above I just explained, on top of that they are jealous of the fact that you are not white and better off than they are there, another reason to pull you down. In addition to my experience, I was warned by an anglosaxon faculty member in Canada before I left for Britain when he said to me "They are jealous of North-Americans there". That time you could not walk by without noticing me (which was aready happening in Canada), you one can imagine.
This is the truth folks, I have no other motive to write this. The truth may not come out now, but perhaps after my death because so many people are witnesses.

I meant "Ethnic" minorities(people of colour).
May I inform you that due to the troubles at Leeds University where I was undermined by Leeds University itself, they have since changed their admission applications - asking students their country of birth instead of nationality only. Since Sussex University(where I transferred to from Leeds University) found evidence (after years of complaint they received from me that Leeds University had agents out to interfer with my legal and academic omputer data), they too have changed their admission application requesting students to declare that they are transferring from another university. They at Suussex, have used the evidence to their advantage, but do not want to release it to the court in allowing justice. Similarly, they have changed their computing password and log policies as a result of my case evidences they found upon investigating, but do not want the court to have it.
For these reasons, the matter has not yet been concluded.

I have a question really... I was just wondering what qualifications you need to become a lawyer. I have an interviewing project I happen to be working on for a class. But, the websites I go to aren't giving me direct information on what I'm looking for. Do you think you may be able to help me with my questions?
