  It is very difficult to say what Tamil Tv is the best before you have seen them all! And that is impossible!
  People in India can only see Tamil channels in India, and people in Nort America cannot watch all Tamil channels form India etc.
  There are following Tamil TV-channels outside India, and you cannot watch these channels in India:
  1. TTN Tamil TV
  2. Deepam TV
  3. Cee(I)TV
  4. TamilTV Canada
  5. TRT Tamil TV
  6. TVI Tamil Vision
  7. ATN Tamil Channel
  8. Vaanavil
  9. Vectone Tamil
  10. etc.
  
  So saying that Sun TV is the best or other channel cannot be taking seriously.
  I hope that people can understand what I'm meaning.
