  Cosmopoliton City ia a city with a population of people from sevaral countries living to gether with different languages,customs and cultures just like Mumbay, Washigton Hongkong, Paris and Toronto.
  Metropoliton City is a large city that is very impotant to the nation with high raised building, government offices and embasies like Delhi, London, Moscow,NewYork and Ottawa.

  Delhi is also a cosmopolitan city and not just a metropolitan city..as it has people from all across the country as also the globe residing there. It is the seat of power, with all the embassies, consulates, International Organisations like the UN located here.
