Kung Fu Panda - The people behind these animation flicks are fantastic writers. Great characterizations. Panda was lovely, very likeable. Most of the characters are. But the film was a little incoherent at places and lacked *logic*. No wonder, Wall-E beat it to the oscars.

How to train your dragon (3-D) - Fantastic. Film of the year so far (along with Shutter Island). I would be surprised if this film is not nominated for Best writing/screenplay.

Yes... One of the best animation films i'Ve seen. But I am surprised to see the not-so-good reception for this movie in Chennai. Ice age series, Ratatouille, Toy story enjoyed stupendous success in the city but this one is dragging. Running to single shows in the multiplexes.
I learned long ago, never to wrestle with a pig. You get dirty, and besides, the pig likes it.

It opened poorly here but the excellent WOM (which got me into watching this) has made this a blockbuster. But last night we watched it only with 7 others in the theater
