Does anyone know where I could download the program that lets u to edit the quality of songs. I want to to do tv recording of serial songs but there will be background noises so I know there is a program that edits musics but I don't know where to download

.

Noise removal is a tedious job. Better get a cable that connects audio-out of TV to audio-in of your recording device. Then your recording will come out good. No need to worry about noise.

if u use audio in - audio out - sterio - less noise
