Ribbon Pakoda
Gram flour 4 cups
Rice flour 1 cup
White butter 2 to 3 tbsp
salt and chilli powder to taste
oil for frying
Mix all ingredients except oil and bind with water like roti dough . Fill in ribbon pakoda moulds and fry till crisp.
Tip ; Fry immediately after you make the dough since the dough starts fermenting immediately.Secondly use fresh butter and use it generously.
