Hi,
I make murungai elai adai with it. My mom made it for us kids as we really loved it!
It is qute simple. Soak par boiled rice abt a cup or so overnite. Grind to a course paste with salt and to an adai consistency.
Separate leaves, wash well adn add to the paste adn make think adai-dosais. It goes well with any hot chutney like tomato chutney.
Hope you enjoy it.

Hi,
My mom used to make a type of sabji or poriyal using these leaves. You can call this dal also. Cook toor dal putting just enough water. Put 2tbsp of oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, turmeric, hing. fry these and add murungakai leaves and add salt. when it is cooked, add cooked dal and mix for two minutes. Garnish with coconut if desired. Can be eaten with roti, chapathi, poori or as a side dish with rasam and rice.
PS: You can make this with moong dal too. Only thing is you have to roast moong dal before cooking. Proceed as above. If desired, add one or two chopped tomatoes after adding leaves to oil.
