Healthy snacks?

Can anyone please tell me any recipes that can be steamed? My husband do not like fried foods, he is very hungry when he comes home from work and I don't know what to make???? Please help

here are some that i make for my family that does not like fried foods.
idlis
baked french fries, onion rings with ketchup
baked puffs and samosas made from pastry sheets
light upma, rawa kesari. more later

Seema,
You can make mixture from the cereals. Season mustard seeds, urad dhal, curry leaves and couple of red chillies in little bit oil. Once the mustard seeds splutter, then add turmeric powder, salt, sambar powder. Mix well. Then switch off the stove and add rice crispies, corn flakes, crispix cereals and mix well. If you want, you can add roasted peanuts, roasted chana dhal, cashews before adding the salt, turmeric powder and sambar powder.
