What is the difference between baking powder, baking soda and fruit salt. Which is better in these to add into food we make for little children.

I am interested too in finding out what fruit salt is. Also does anyone know a brand of baking powder that does not contain aluminum salts? Thank you. Regards, A fan of Forumhub.
