I want to know the various old traditional karnataka dishes that are not so common, and probably forgotten - like, eriyappa, Ukkarisida Rotti etc.

There are lots of old receipe which are more common in Shimoga like.,"chulta kadabu". It is made up of Rice flour. and bake as IDli. Eat this with hot pepper chutney.

Hi, Do you know...how to prepare rice kadubu(akki kadubu), I have seen this kind in mangalore side, where they steam it and eat with chutney. It has no filling. Please help me with this
