Hi Friends,

How to cook vallarai keerai? At the same time,can i know more about this vallarai keerai and i came to know that its good for females.Is it true and why? Please help me?

  Hi mrk,
  U can make thuvaiyal with vallarai keerai.It is bitter in taste .I don't know how it works with females but it is good for children and elders.It increases memory power.
  Fry 1tsp black gram dal,6 red chillies and 1 cup of keerai for few minutes.Grind with salt and tamarind and add gingelly oil to it.It goes well with Idly ,Dosa and also rice.
