Different fillings for masala dosai

Hi,
I have been searching for some recipes for filling dosais.. like the ones they do in South Indian hotels. I would be delighted if someoen could give me recipes for mushroom masala dosai, cauliflower masala adn the like.

Hi sudha.
I would like to share with you some of the filling recipes for masala dosa,i used to make.
MUSHROOM MASALA FILLING.
button mushrooms 500gms
green chillies 3-4
onions 1
tomato 1
garlic/ginger paste -1/2tsp
red chilli powder)
tumeric powder)
garam masala powder) 1/2 tsp each
spring onions 2-3
besan-1/2 tsp mixed with warm water
jeera 1/2tsp
corrinader leaves for garnish.
Method
cut the tomatoes& onions very finely.
clean the mushorooms & cut them into halves.
heat kadai,add jeera,greenchillies,spring onions,ginger/garlic paste& sautè for a while.
now add the onions & mushrooms.cook for a while & add tomatoes& rest of the ingredients.
cook for a while until the mushroom is done.
garnish with corrinader leaves & serve it as a filling for dosa.

go to google search & type the different fillings you want like, califlower masaladosa or garlic filling or channa or ...so many re available in internet. I hope you found the filling you want in masaladosa

Chettinad Garlic Tomatoe Fill can also be used
