hello friends,
can any one of you please tell me how to prepare garlic chutney(famous in tamil nadu)which we use with idli.

  hi,
  one whole garlic,
  one tablespoon chana dal.one tablespoon urad dal, 6 dried chillies,
  a small pinch of tamarind. curry leaves.
  fry all on slow fire till light golden. when it is cool grind with 5 tablespoon of grated coconut
