Hello Sadhana,
This has been a major object of hunt for me for a long time. Last I consulted Indian Institute Of Horticulture Rsearch who gave me the following name for Maretti Moggu.
Myristica Malbarica
Myristica Beddomei
But I am not yet happy if it is right or wrong.
However I think that the following name
Capparis Spinosa is the right name.
I am giving the link as under.

Hope it is the final word.

Hello Sadhana,
If you ask for Dried CAPERS, you may get it in US.
If you go to South Indian store, then you may ask for Marathi/Maretti Moggu.
But I have my own doubts about getting this rare spice.

Moru Mozuka is green chillies , soaked and dried in Sourcurds/Sour buttermilk and dried in sun. Then Moru-Mozuka is fried in oil till it turns brown and then eaten with rice etc.
Word of Caution.: Extremely hot for the inner system.
Can lead to mild to severe stomach upsets .
Un-initiated in Southern food must be careful.
