Leek & potato soup

Potato 150 grams
Leeks 80 grams
Onion 50 grams
Cream 100ml
Crushed black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Water 800 ml

Method
Put all ingredients except cream in a bowl and cook till tender, at speed combi setting. Remove and blend with a hand held blender. Add cream and cook further 2 minutes. Serve hot.
