DHANIA OR DHANIA/PUDINA CHUTNEY

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO MAKE GUJARATI STYLE DHANIA OR DHANIA/PUDINA CHUTNEY.

I HAVE HAD IT MADE BY GUJERATI CATERERS. GUESSING THE INGREDIENTS, IT SEEMS TO CONTAIN DHANIA PUDINA, GARLIC, GINGER, SALT, CHILLI, LEMON AND SUGAR AND PERHAPS A LITTLE DAHI (YOGHURT). HOWEVER I TRIED MAKING IT BY GUESSING THE INGREDIENTS AND PROPORTIONS, BUT IT WASNT THE SAME AS THE ONE I HAVE TASTED MADE BY GUJERATI LADIES.

CAN ANYONE HELP.
