hey ! anyhone know about chalna (with kadalai paruppu and brinjal and other spices,very tasty dish ,a must in muslims marriages)?help me pls

Hi,
I had seen a recipe called 'Dalcha' at the following link. It too is made from Kadalai paruppu and brinjal etc. I've tried it and it came out very well. You can check it out and see if it is what you are looking for
