1 Cup of Sugar
1/2 cup of Butter

Cashews to taste
Pinch of Saffron for flavor and color
Cardomom to add flavor
Stick a Pan on he stove and dry roast 1 cup of Sooji / Rawa / Wheat Flour / Cream of Wheat etc. until it starts to become slightly brown, take it off and let it cool off on a flat plate.
In the same pan put the butter and let it melt. To the melted butter, add the Cashews adn let them become brown and crisp. Add the Sooji and or any other Rawa type and let it cook while stirring continuously for about 5 mins on med flame.
Meanwhiel, in a separate vessel bring teh Milk / Milk water mix to boil and add to this Cooking Sooji / Cashew mix, trun down the stove to Sim and let it cook with regular stirring unti it becoems a nice consistent paste.
Meanwile, on a mortal pestel grind the cardomam, safron and asmall quantity fo sugar.
Add the Sugar to the cooked Sooji Cashew paste and continue to stir until the consistency coems back to teh thick paste form. Add teh Cardomam, Saffron powder and stir until well mixed. Shut the stove and serve after it cools a little.
