If you are trying to make what they call it in Indian Stores 'Hot Mix' or Mixture, here is the recipie how I made it.
Ingredients:
1. 2 cups - Channa flour (Gram flour, Besan)- To make Boondi
2. 1/8 cup Rice flour
3.POHE (Rice flakes)Thick
4. Peanuts
5. Oil
6. Chilli powder,
7. Salt
8. Curry Leaves
Method:
First prepare Boondi:
Mix together the red chilli powder, salt, rice flour and besan.Add water to get a dropping consistency.
With a slotted spoon or boondi maker, pour drops of this batter into hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.
Deep fry the Pohe, Peanuts, curry leaves in hot oil separately and add them to Boondi.
Sprinkle some chilli powder(depending how hot spicy you want it) to the mixture.
