Hi Sapna,
If you have something to ask Hemantji, it will be good idea to ask in his column "Hemant's Cookery Corner". So you will get his attention soon and your query will be answered swiftly. Go ahead!
Bye

Hi Sapna,
Here's what I do with beef. I am not sure whether this is what you looking for!
Cut beef(1/2 lbs.)into small pieces. Wash so many times and remove water fully from the meat by keeping the meat in a colander for sometimes. Put the meat in a pressurecooker and add sliced onion(1, medium size), crushed garlic and ginger, slit green chillies, curry leaves, chilli powder(1 tbsp), turmeric powder(1/2 tsp), coriander powder(1 tbsp), garam masala(1 tsp), bay leaves(1 or 2)and salt. Mix all these together very well using your hand. Now turn on the burner and start cooking, with 1 cup water. when it boils, cover the cooker and let it cook till the beef is done. Open the cooker and check. If there is still water, boil again till the water disappears. Now heat oil in a non-stick frying pan, and fry the cooked beef with sliced onion till beef is dry. Enjoy!!!
