Hi All
Can anyone tell me how to make Bread Rolls (Baked). Whenever I bake fish stuffed rolls, the bread is either not soft or cracks all over.
I want to bake like in the shops, soft.

  hi kanchana:
  u can make the stuffing as u wish and then soak a piece of bread in a plate of water,so as to cover it compltly.
  then remove it the next second and press it lightly placing it between the palm of ur hands.the water will run out and the bread will b soft.now place the stuffing in the middle and start to roll soflty.now roll this in a plae of dried bread crumbs and then deep fry it..the bread our break..it will remain stiff.
  this workd for me.i hope it does for u too..
