Other than tandoori and tikka, can anyone suggest how to prepare a spicy dry rub masala with a Kerala flavor for barbecue/grilled chicken?

This has always been my favorite...
TANGRI KEBAB
Ingredients
Chicken Drumsticks 6 pcs.
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
1 tsp. red chili powder
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tsp
Kebab masala 2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt
Lemon Juice 2 tsp
Method:
Clean the chicken very well. Let it dry.
Put lemon juice, salt and pepper and marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Set aside for 15 minutes. Cook on grill or oven (broil) for 20 minutes (10 on either side) or longer if u like it darker.
Wrap end with Aluminum foil, sprinkle chat masala and serve with onion slices and lemon wedges.
